Alice is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She has carried out sports massage for rugby and football teams and she is also a qualified Personal Trainer, so she intuitively understands what muscles need treating and the best way to treat them. Since regularly visiting Alice I have noticed that my posture has improved, my hip-flexors are the loosest they probably have ever been (I'm in my 50s) and my body feels more in alignment and moves more efficiently. I take part in many physical activities including running, cycling, windsurfing and weight training and Alice's massages seem to improve my power and performance when carrying them out and this also carries over into everyday activities too. I highly recommended Alice and her rates are very reasonable for the level of service, knowledge and expertise she has.
